My little girl is a HUGE fan of Monsters Inc and I have watched the movie more times than I can count! It is strange to think that a not yet 2 year old would love monsters SO much…but she does! This week I thought I would check out some monster party ideas from around the web and I am so glad I did.
Monster parties are pretty fabulous and I love everything about them. The bright colours, the mismatch of everything and the googly eyes. Monster parties are fantastic for both boys and girls and they look so much fun.
Make yourself comfortable because I have five outstanding monster party ideas to share with you this week. Are you ready??
I have been admiring this party by Bridgey Widgey for a while now, so I had to feature it today. The googly eyes were a standout for me…they are literally everywhere. If you are having a monster party you MUST include the googly eyes! Stick them everywhere and anywhere and your party will fit right into monster town!
What can I say about this party by Repeat After Me other than it is absolutely sensational! The shaggy monster cakes look so cute and the favor bags and hats are a standout. The decoration for this party is flawless and again the bright colours just make the party ‘pop’. There are so many monster party ideas you could use here for your own party.
This party by Giggles Galore was set up for a group of teachers in their teacher lounge. How awesome would it have been to come in for a snack and see this party! I love the lime green and blue colours together, and those monster eyes….would you be game to eat them? Lol
The thing I most LOVE about this party by The IOWA Farmer’s Wife is the girly spin put onto it. Yes it is a monster party, but it is also a super cute and incredibly girly party. The two DO mix! All the printables used here really make this party…the birthday banner and food toppers are simply gorgeous. I also love the pin the eye on the monster…a different spin to pin the tail on the donkey and it works fantastic!
Just check out this cake! This party styled by RV Parties and featured on Pretty My Party is monster max….the backdrop, the food, the printables and even the activities. You have literally walked into monster town and it is simply awesome. All the tiny details have been put together so well and it just flows. A truly stunning monster event.
