One of the great things about Halloween is that you start to see pumpkin’s everywhere. 

Real carved face pumpkins start popping up in the shops, around people’s homes and basically they just look pretty darn awesome.

But, that’s a whole lot of pumpkin that is then going to be thrown out. But does it have to be?

If you are carving out those pumpkin faces and have a whole heap of pumpkin to spare, it would be a great time to make some pumpkin dip.

Think it sounds a bit boring?
