It really is a cruel time of year. Christmas and New Year are over, and everything has gone quiet.  

All those parties are finished (and thankfully so has the Christmas binge eating).

But here comes the problem. Christmas has taken it’s toll and standing on the scales is not quite as pleasant as it was 6 weeks ago.
