Mini Chocolate Christmas Pudding

This post may be a bit of a tease because it’s not technically a Christmas pudding.

In fact these delightful teasers do not contain any fruit at all…..but they do look like a Christmas pudding so that has to count for something right?

The good news is that they taste delicious, can be whipped up in minutes and they look so incredibly adorable on the table.  That’s if they stay on the table for long….which can not be guaranteed!!

You will have to wait longer for the chocolate to harden, but there are no set rules with this….so if you wish to eat the chocolate whilst it is oozing over the Royal….then go for it!!

The chocolate Christmas pudding can be made in just four simple steps and the recipe has been included for you below to print out and keep.

Mini Chocolate Christmas Pudding

  • Packed of Arnotts Royals
  • Jaffas
  • 150g white cooking chocolate
  • Peppermint leaves

1: Grab your four ingredients....white chocolate, Arnotts Royals, pepermint leaf lollies and Jaffa's.

2: Simply melt the chocolate and spoon onto the top of the Royals. Let the chocolate ooze down the side for the full effect. They don't need to look neat so let the chocolate run as it pleases!

3: Add a Jaffa onto the top of each Royal.

4: After you have cut the peppermint leaves in half, add them next to the Jaffa's. You may find that the leaf's are too heavy on the chocolate and if this is the case, use another leaf underneath to give it some support.

Once the chocolate has hardened, you can remove the extra leaf for serving.

Could it be any easier?  All you need to do now, is sit back, wait for the chocolate to set and then enjoy your Christmas treat.
