One (of the many) things I LOVE about Christmas is the food. It’s that time of the year when all diets are quite literally thrown out the window and we seem to become a magnet to anything remotely delicious looking.
All the little sweets and treats just get throw at us and really…how can you resist.
I know I am not the only one that has this Christmas treat obsession. Whilst we might like to ‘pretend’ that we will be good, it is oh so hard to keep that will power up.
Besides, January is for new years resolutions and healthy eating right?
It’s the festive season and it’s time to let loose and enjoy.
So you are with me on these delicious chocolate pudding cookies right?

The thing you want to hear is that these are EASY to make right?
Your wish is my command because these are 100% easy.
In fact, no baking is required at all, and you can make them in minutes. They do take a while for the chocolate to set, so you will need some will power in actually waiting for that, but the finished result is super cute and super delicious.
In just four simple steps you will have the best chocolate pudding cookies you could ever ask for this Christmas. Are you ready?
4 Steps To The Most Awesome Christmas Treat
Step 1: Lay out all the ingredients that you will need so that it is easy to assemble the cookies.
With a total of 4 ingredients, these cookies will be your ‘go to’ cookies for events this Christmas.
Step 2: Melt the white chocolate and place a small amount on top of the Royal cookie. Let the chocolate melt down the side of the cookie, just like it would do in a real Christmas pudding.
Step 3: On the top of the white chocolate place a Jaffa in the middle.
Step 4: Cut a peppermint leaf in half and then place them either side of the Jaffa.
If the leaf is too heavy and falls off, simply place another leaf on the tray underneath it to hold it’s weight.
Once dry you can gather up all the leaf’s from the tray.
That’s really it. That’s all there is to making the most amazing chocolate pudding cookies.
Simply leave them until the chocolate and candy has hardened and then enjoy!

- Packed of Arnotts Royals
- 150g white cooking chocolate
- Peppermint leaves
- Lay out all the ingredients so everything is easy to hand.
- Melt the chocolate and spoon onto the top of the Royals.
- Let the chocolate ooze down the side for the full effect. They don't need to look neat so let the chocolate run as it pleases.
- Add a Jaffa onto the top of each Royal.
- Cut the peppermint leaves in half.
- Add the peppermint leaf half's next to the Jaffa's. (If the leaf's are too heavy on the chocolate use another leaf underneath to give it some support).
- Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the extra leaf for serving.
They look pretty sensational don’t they, and certainly a Christmas treat that the whole family can enjoy.
