4 Steps To The Most Awesome Christmas Treat
Step 1: Lay out all the ingredients that you will need so that it is easy to assemble the cookies.
With a total of 4 ingredients, these cookies will be your ‘go to’ cookies for events this Christmas.
Step 2: Melt the white chocolate and place a small amount on top of the Royal cookie. Let the chocolate melt down the side of the cookie, just like it would do in a real Christmas pudding.
Step 3: On the top of the white chocolate place a Jaffa in the middle.
Step 4: Cut a peppermint leaf in half and then place them either side of the Jaffa.
If the leaf is too heavy and falls off, simply place another leaf on the tray underneath it to hold it’s weight.
Once dry you can gather up all the leaf’s from the tray.
That’s really it. That’s all there is to making the most amazing chocolate pudding cookies.
Simply leave them until the chocolate and candy has hardened and then enjoy!
