Chocolate Banana Muffin Recipe

This banana muffin recipe is incredibly easy to make and if you enjoy cooking with the kids, this is a great one for them.  They don’t take long to bake and if you think they are mourish when eating cold, you should try eating them straight from the oven.  I can only describe them as absolutely delicious!!

They are also a great way to get some fruit into the kids.  Kids love cakes, especially ones with chocolate in them.  Banana and chocolate is therefore the perfect combination to make into a muffin.

Banana Muffin Recipe

These muffins are incredibly moist and sweet (but not too sweet!).  The wholemeal flour and raw sugar takes off that sweet hit, but is brought back beautifully with the addition of the chocolate chips.  This recipe uses 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, but you could mix it up with milk or dark chocolate to suit your preference.
