Are you looking for the perfect Valentine’s day gift idea? As the 14th February rapidly approaches, now is the time to start thinking about what you might like to give to your loved one . Valentine’s day has typically been about sending messages of love to those closest to us, and is often accompanied by the giving of gifts. But the best gifts are those that are personal and don’t necessarily require spending a lot of money!
Chocolate and wine is a common gift to give on Valentine’s, and if this is your gift of choice, why not make that gift a tad extra special and add your own Valentine’s wine label. Sure, it’s easy to go and buy a bottle of wine, but I bet your loved one would notice that you have gone the extra mile to add your own sweet touch.
In Australia, Valentine’s day is in summer, so it is not uncommon for couple’s to have picnic’s to celebrate. We have a beautiful river near us, and hubby and I have spent quite a few Valentine’s sitting at the river enjoying a picnic and watching the sunset.
A bottle of wine (or two) is also great to enjoy the evening, and labels like these help to make things just a little bit more romantic.
We have other wine labels for Valentine’s day in store, but this time we have geared more towards the grunge feel just for something a little bit different. I like to think that these are a little bit more “blokey” too, which makes them ideal for giving to the man of your dreams.
How To Use Your Valentine’s Day Gift Idea
These labels are incredibly easy to use, and are available for your instant download. So if you are completely stuck on a Valentine’s day gift idea this year, this could be the answer to all your problems!
Each label is sized 12 x 8 cm and you will receive both designs in a PDF. Choose one….or maybe that lucky someone might just get two bottles!
Simply remove the existing wine label and attach your own using either full size sticker sheets or matte photo paper.
If you would like to take things one step further and present the wine gift with some delicious home made chocolates, you might like to try out some heart shaped chocolates and present them in a beautiful gift box. Wine and chocolates are a winning combination for Valentine’s day and are the perfect pairing to say “I Love You”.
If you love this idea, but your loved one is more into their beer than their wine, then don’t worry as we have you covered here too! You can grab a set of 6 beer labels also with a grungy feel, which I’m sure would be hugely appreciated.
