How To Use Your Valentine Beer Labels
Creating the ultimate Valentine’s day gift is super easy and can be completed in just four simple steps.
Step 1: Purchase The Beer
Simply go to the shops and pick up a 6 pack of your Valentine’s favorite beer. If you don’t know what that beer is, just ask him. He still wont guess that you would be buying a pack as a gift.
Step 2: Print The Labels
Print off the labels onto either matte photo paper or A4 sticker sheets.
If you choose to use the matte photo paper, you will need to use some good double sided sticky tape to attach it to the beer bottles.
Step 3: Remove The Existing Labe
To ensure that your new labels look as amazing as they should do, you need to remove the original label. It should just peel off, but if it is a bit stubborn, then use some warm water and scrub it off.
Ensure that your beer bottle is COMPLETELY DRY before you add the new labels.
Step 4: Attach The Labels
Attach your new Valentine beer labels to create the ultimate gift.
Use some double sided tape on each end of the label. Lay it in place on the beer bottle and gently smooth down.
That’s it, your done.

I did promise that it would be super easy and quick too. Trust me, once you have done this, you will wonder why you didn’t think of it before.
Of course, beer doesn’t have to be just for men.
If you are one of those awesome guys that is searching the net for the perfect gift for your partner then don’t rule these Valentine beer labels out.
Just note though that some of them are for males only, so just check this before you place all six on your beer bottles!
Use A Basket To Turn Into An Extra Special Gift
If you would like to go one step further, why not grab yourself a basket, some tissue paper and one of our Valentine’s Day gift tags to make the gift look even more impressive.
It is still so simple, yet looks way more impressive than handing over the bottles of beer by themselves.
Your Valentine can then sit back, relax and enjoy.
Everyone is a winner with this gift.

Great idea Catherine! Valentines has this misconception that it’s only the ladies which reap the benefits on this occasion. I like the idea of having my favourite beer (Pure Blonde) wrapped with a custom labels 🙂

Absolutely Kapil, I think the guys can feel a bit left out at Valentines….but I havnt met too many guys that don’t like beer! Maybe I should put my thinking cap on and design some labels for some other occasions too.

This is a really cool idea, as you say, not everyone believes in the ‘love fairies’ especially us ‘blokes’. With so much focus on ‘buying’ gifts these days, it seems romance and love is measured by monetary value, I disagree, where is the thought?
This is a great example of someone ‘thinking’ and giving something different and special to the one they love. When some takes the time to do something that little bit different, to me that is more special.
Great idea and will Tweet it on. 🙂

Thanks Andi. I think it is good for us every now and then to take a step back and look at the thought behind the gift and not something based on value. It is my aim that by the end of the 14 days, there will have been something that will have caught the eye for everyone. Thanks for sharing this post 🙂

What a great idea!!!
Love the idea of customized beer labels. I’d be more than happy with something like this. Something simple, but it makes it that bit special. 🙂

Sometimes simple is the best isn’t it Matt 🙂

These are best looking beer labels I’ve found on Pinterest/Google! I know my husband is going to love them.
I’m trying to print the beer labels from the free printable section by following the link in the post & it takes me to the Etsy store.
Is there a different link I need to look for?
Thanks so much!!
Catherine Holt says
Hi Kristina. Thank you for your lovely comment 🙂
I’m afraid however that these printables are no longer available for free. I designed them for last year’s Valentines day, and this year they have been moved to my Etsy store. They now cost $5 for the set of 6 designs. If you would like to purchase them, you can do so from that Etsy link.
I thought I had moved them from the free printable section, so thanks for the reminder 🙂

Thanks Candice. They have been an incredibly popular Valentine’s gift….they are easy and something that guys love. Win win 🙂

What is the best thing to print these labels on? I read somewhere to use a sticker sheet but will those work? In the email I got, it said to use white card stock. Do I use double sided tape if I use card stock? I am trying to figure out what will stick the best to the beer bottles.
Thanks!
Catherine Holt says
Hi Danielle.
You can use either full sheet sticker sheets OR matte photo paper. You can use white card stock, but matte photo paper would give a better finished look and is not so heavy to try and stick onto the bottle. Whether you use sticker sheets or photo paper both look great, so the choice is yours. If you use the photo paper you will need to attach with double sided sticky tape (make sure it’s a good one).
Ensure your printer is set to “high quality” before printing.
Remove the original beer label before you attach the new one, and make sure the bottle is completely dry. If the label struggles to come off, use a scourer and some warm water.
Hope that helps 🙂

Great. Thank you! I am excited to give them to my boyfriend. I love the idea!

Awesome. I hope he loves them 🙂
