St Patrick’s Day Food & Drinks

Food and drinks are pretty much the norm at most parties, but they are essential at a St Patrick’s day party.

When planning your food, the first thing to decide is whether you are going for more traditional Irish foods such as stew, potatoes, soda bread, corned beef etc or simply foods that are green!

In terms of drinks, think beer, whiskey and cream liqueurs. Keep it simple and guests will be happy.

There are lots of things that can be incorporated into the decor such as Leprechauns, four leaf clovers, pots of gold and streamers.

You might also like to add some orange and white to replicate the Irish flag or use rainbows for the Leprechaun legend.

But one thing you can’t go overboard with is the shamrock. Cover walls, tables and literally anywhere you can think of.
