Sometimes, it’s nice to be able to enjoy a sweet treat and not have to worry about whether we are consuming too many calories. It’s always in the back of the head isn’t it. “Should I really be eating this?”.
Well with these chocolate coconut balls, you can literally throw that niggling question out the window. Not only are these a sweet treat, but they are healthy for you and you can totally enjoy them without the guilt.
It sounds too good to be true, but really it isn’t.
I am the first to admit that I have a rather sweet tooth. One to many if I am completely honest. I therefore have to find alternative ways to curb those sweet cravings otherwise I literally will consume every sweet thing in sight.
No kidding, the struggle is very real!
This is one of my favorite sweet tooth recipes from Isagenix, and I guarantee you, it is an another absolute winner.
Isagenix Protein Balls
They look pretty amazing right?
Good news is that they taste delicious too, and they completely curb any sweet cravings. It’s a total win win all round.
I know, I know, you are still not convinced. Chocolate AND healthy do not normally go in the same sentence, but bear with me here.
These chocolate coconut balls, absolutely taste like chocolate but they DO NOT contain any sugar or nasty fats. Pretty exciting right?
What is even better is that you can whip these chocolate coconut balls up within within minutes and once refrigerated you can tuck into them to your hearts content.
The kids also love them, so you can give to them in their lunch box guilt free too.
Another added benefit is that because they contain Isagenix protein powder, they are actually pretty filling too. Goodness and filling all at once. This is why they are one of my regular go to snacks.
Healthy chocolate coconut protein balls.
What more could you ask for.
But enough talk, let’s get to the recipe right?
You can literally start to make these and then eat them in less than 30 minutes, so you still have time to whip up a batch before you settle down in front of the tv for the night.
They are also great to make up as a last minute treat if you have guests coming over, or you need to take something for morning or afternoon tea. With just a few simple ingredients, these will definitely become your “go to” recipe.
