They are a delicious treat that you can eat as a guilt free dessert. It’s an easy recipe and they can be whipped up in minutes!

This absolutely yummy fried bananas recipe has been circulating Pinterest for a while now, so I thought I would give it a crack.
Well they certainly didn’t disappoint, they were super yum, incredibly easy and a big cheer for being healthy!!!

You will need a banana, honey, cinnamon and olive oil.
Pretty easy right?!
5 Easy Steps To The Perfect Fried Bananas
Step 1: Start by cutting your banana into slices.
Step 2: Mix together the water and the honey.
Step 3: Cook on a low heat to ensure that your banana’s will cook firm rather than squishy.
Cook on each side for approximately 1 minute.
Step 4: When the bananas have been cooked on both sides, remove from the heat and cover the bananas with the honey and water mixture.
Step 5: All you need to do now is sprinkle with your desired amount of cinnamon and they are ready to eat!

Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- Cinnamon
- Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon of water
Instructions
- Cut your banana into slices
- Mix together the honey and water and set aside.
- Add a drizzle of oil to the frying pan and add the banana. Cook on slow heat to obtain crispy rather than slushy bananas! Cook on each side for approximately 1 minute.
- Once the bananas are cooked, remove from the heat and pour the mixture of honey and water over the bananas.
- Allow the bananas to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon as desired.
