It may not be summer here in Oz, but that doesn’t stop me appreciating all the delicious summer cocktail recipes that have been shared at our Marvelous Monday link party.

There is nothing quite like summer than relazing with a refreshing cocktail in hand whilst soaking up the rays.  Ahhhh….I can dream right now!

So why not indluge with those of you that are enjoying the summer sun right now, and look at some quick and easy summer cocktail recipes that will be crowd pleasers.  This collection are my favorites from those recently shared at our link party.  I hope you enjoy them!

6 Summer CocktailsLet’s start the week by looking at this delicious and incredibly refreshing Cranberry Coconut Daiquiri by Raia’s Recipes.

I am a huge daiquiri fan, and this summer cocktail looks mouth watering.  The coconut has a way of making you feel like you are on a tropical island.  Do you agree with me?

I absolutely love the colour of this Future Freeze Coctail by With A Blast.

It looks like the kind of cocktail you should be drinking by the pool….totally summer friendly and incredibly refreshing.

This Canada Dry raspberry Martini recipe by Home Made Interest looks like the kind of summer cocktail that you should be having if pampering yourself.

I can picture total relaxation with this in hand!

The Sonora Sunset by Simple Plate looks like one of those drinks the kids would be after….so be careful!

The pineapple would really give this a zing, but also make it rather morish don’t you think?

I’m tricking you with this Blackberry Fauxjito by Kleinworth & Co as it’s actually a mocktail not a cocktail…..but delicious all the same.

And besides….you can always add a bit of vodka if you really needed the cocktail element!

And finally for the week this super refreshing Peach Vodka Seabreeze by Frugal In Florida.

I used to love peach vodka when I was in my early twenties, so this is relieving my youth.  It’s definitely one of those drinks you could sit back and relax with on a sunny day.
