How Do I Print My Wine Labels?
Fallen in love with the wine labels? Mom will too!
They are so incredibly simple to use.
Step 1: Head to the Etsy store to purchase the labels. They are an instant download which means you can print them right away. This makes them even more perfect as a last minute gift.
Step 2: Print onto matte photo paper. Whilst you can print onto full sized sticker sheets, I personally prefer the finished quality of the matte photo paper. I have used photo paper in these pictures.
Ensure that you set your printer settings to “high” quality and also check you have told the printer which paper it will be printed on!
Step 3: Remove the original wine label. All wine labels are different sizes, and you want to ensure that this is the only wine label you see.
If the existing label is not coming off easily, place some warm water over it and use a scourer to rub off the label. You can use some baking soda in the water if the label still refuses to come loose.
Step 4: Ensure that the bottle of wine is COMPLETELY clean and dry before adding the new label. Attach with some double sided sticky tape and smooth into place.
