Ahh, bath bombs.

That indulgent way to relax and have some complete ‘me’ time.

My daughter and I have started to have some girls only dates in the school holidays. My son goes to child care as normal and instead of me working on this site, we head off for some girl time.

For the last few trips, she has requested the same thing. Bus into the city, head to the pancake kitchen for lunch and then visit Lush so she can pick two of the best bath bombs.

The day is completed by her having a bath with one of her chosen bath bombs.

We put candles on and have some music playing (normally Trolls and Sing). That music does not constitute a ‘relaxing’ bath so to speak, but for a 6 year old she is in heaven!

Whilst going to Lush is lovely, those bath bombs are petty pricey! Making your own bath bombs means that you can enjoy the indulgence a lot more regularly plus having some fun making them in the process.

Of course it doesn’t mean that our girls day out and heading to Lush won’t happen, but it does mean that my daughter can enjoy more of those ‘relaxing fun’ bath’s if she want’s to, without them costing the earth.

Did you even know how easy it is to make the best bath bombs all by yourself?

If not, then you are in for a real treat.

This selection of 15 of the best bath bombs will provide the ultimate indulgence with all the fragrances you could wish for.

There are some that the kids will love and some that are for perfect adult relaxation only!
