A ladybug party is an absolutely gorgeous theme for the little ones. It is bright and fresh, and everyone loves ladybugs.
This ladybug party was held by my friend Natasha for her daughter’s 2nd birthday and I am delighted to share it with you today.
Natasha said about the party planning “I really love the ladybug theme and my daughter was excited about it, so we decided to run with it.
Between myself, my husband and my sister we made all the food, and I was really pleased with how it all came together.
The day itself was incredibly windy, but it didn’t spoil a thing. My daughter and her friends all had a wonderful time”.
Easy Ladybug Birthday Party Decoration
Natasha did a wonderful job of decorating for this party. She kept everything clean and simple but it looked amazing.
The balloons and banner worked perfectly to add that splash of color, and the kids were on a mission to count the number of ladybugs they could find!
Natasha designed her own ladybug printable’s which were used on the water bottles, chocolates and favors. There were lots of ladybugs scattered around.
Check out the mini ladybug paper mâché dotted about. How adorable are they!
Delicious Ladybug Party Food
The birthday cake was definitely a stand out feature on the table.
The simplicity of the design was stunning, and the ladybug sitting in the flower on top of the cake looked gorgeous.
There were ladybug cookies and chocolates, and if the ladybug design wasn’t included in the actual food, it was included in the color.
Everything had red and white in it, which really made the dessert table stand out.
A ladybug party is perfect as a co-ed party that all the kids will love. If you would like a theme that is colorful and fun, then a ladybug party suits the bill nicely.

Thanks Joy. One of the things I loved about this set up was all the tiny details. There were lady bugs everywhere but it was so subtle. The kids loved it, and the adults loved it, so it was an all round winner! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
