Easter wouldn’t be the same without the Easter bunny, and these bunny cupcakes are super cute.
If you would like to spend some time in the kitchen with the kids, they will have an absolute ball. These bunny cupcakes are the perfect treat to make this Easter.
How To Make Easter Bunny Cupcakes
Simply make your cupcakes with your own cupcake recipe or choose your favorite packet mix. It’s not about being fancy, so if a packet mix works for you, then use it!
There is seriously no shame, and packet mix’s are very yummy too. Besides, less time spent making the cupcakes, means more time allowed for decorating!
To prepare the bunny cupcakes ears, cut the marshmallows in half. Press the cut side of the marshmallow into some sugar crystals and you have yourself some cute bunny ears!
Next, create the bunny cupcakes eyes by place two brown M&M’s in the centre of the cupcake. Follow it with a red M&M for the nose.
Next, add a couple of pink mini marshmallows for the cheeks.
Cut them in half so they are not too large and then add some bunny teeth by cutting a white mini marshmallow into triangles. One marshmallow should make 4 teeth!
Finally, draw on the whiskers with an edible icing pen.
Would you kids have a ball in the kitchen making up these cupcakes?
Whether you choose to make them for an Easter party or just to enjoy as a family, they will go down an absolute treat.
