There are however a number of things that you need to take into consideration of you go down this route.

  • Safety Equipment: All player MUST have their own safety equipment. This includes safety googles or a paintball mask, helmets and some body covering.
  • Clear Instructions: Prior to any game starting there must be a designated instructor who will outline the rules and ensure that everyone understands them.
  • Briefing: Ensure that all participants are aware of how to use their paintball gun, some general tactics they might like to use around the course and general game details.
  • Time Limit: Set a time limit for each game and stick to it. The kids can play several games with their teams and fight to be the overall winner.
  • Supervision: There must always be at least one person on the course to ensure that everyone is sticking to the rules and staying safe.

Simple Party Decorations

Whilst a paintball party isn’t like a normal birthday party, it is still completely possible to have some party decorations.

Keep them simple and they will look great at the venue.

Great options for simple party decorations include a paintball table cover.

Then use a paintball party set that includes themed plates, napkins and cups.

Have some balloons for some extra decor and that’s really it. It’s simple, effective but really all you need.

Paintball Party Food Ideas

Some venues may not allow your own food to be brought on site if a canteen is accessible. Other venues will be happy for you to self cater.

Ensure that you check the requirements of your chosen venue before you book.

Likewise check whether you need to bring your own picnic tables or whether tables and an allocated private area is provided.

Catering for a birthday party can be as simple or as difficult as you want to make it.

The venue may have a kitchen available to heat up pies, pasties and hot dogs or you may prefer to order take out pizza.

Ensure that there are food items that the kids can munch on in between games such as chips, dips and crackers, fruit and candy.

Regardless of what food you choose to have, make sure that you don’t forget the birthday cake!
