If you purchased them from a cookie baker would you have something more professional looking? Absolutely!
However, these Eiffel tower cookies are great for a few reasons.

- All you need to do is know how to use a cookie cutter and a piping bag.
- The end result is simple but something that everyone will love.

Ingredients Needed To Make The Eiffel Tower Cookies
Use the following ingredients to make the Eiffel tower cookies.
Once the cookies have been baked, ensure that you have all the decoration supplies ready to hand. This will make life a lot easier for you.
- Sugar Cookies (Recipe below)
- Eiffel Tower Cookie Cutter
- Black Royal Cookie Icing
- Piping Bag
- White Sugar Flowers
Simple Shortbread Cookie Recipe
All the cookies I use for my kids parties, uses the same shortbread cookie recipe. They are simple to make, and they always taste great with any topping decoration that I decide to add.
Unless you have a specific cookie recipe that you love to use, you can use the following recipe.
How To Make Easy Eiffel Tower Cookies
Eiffel tower cookies are perfect for that French themed Paris party. Decorated simply with black royal icing and a white sugar flower.
These cookies are elegant without needing all the technical decorating fuss. They are easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
- 150g Plain Flour
- 100g Butter
- 50g Castor Sugar
- FOR DECORATION
- Black Royal Icing
- White Sugar Flowers
Instructions
- Rub the flour and the butter between your fingers until you have formed crumbs.
- Stir in the sugar.
- Kneed the mixture together until it has fully formed a dough.
- Roll out the mixture to 1/4 inch thick and use an Eiffel tower cookie cutter to create the shape.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees (350F).
- Leave to cool on a baking rack.
- TO DECORATE:
- Use black royal icing and follow the outline of the cookies. Fill in the middle.
- Add a white sugar flower to the bottom right hand side of the cookie
3 Simple Steps To Make Easy Eiffel Tower Cookies
Step 1: Bake The Cookies
Make the cookies according to the recipe above.
Roll the mixture out to 1/4 inch thick and cut using an Eiffel tower cookie cutter.
Once baked, leave on a wire rack to cool.
Step 2: Ice The Cookies
Using black cookie icing, trace the outline of the Eiffel tower. If the icing comes in a tub and not a tube, you will need to pour it into a piping bag.
Fill in the middle with icing.
Step 3: Add a sugar flower
Whilst the icing is still wet, add a sugar flower to the bottom right hand side of the Eiffel tower.
It’s a simple little addition, but makes all the difference for how the cookie looks.
Leave the icing to set before you stack on top of each other.
That’s literally it. That’s all you need to do to make these fun Eiffel tower cookies.
They may not look picture perfect, but they do work perfectly with a Paris themed party and they also taste great too.
Simply layer them on a white plate to serve.
