There must be a time in every little girls life that she dreams of being a ballerina. It might be because they get to dress in pink, or maybe because of the tutu’s, or maybe simply because of the dancing.
But every little girl once in a while, will love to think of themselves as a beautiful ballerina, dancing and twirling gracefully.
It makes perfect sense that holding a ballerina birthday party, will not only please the party girl, but also all of her friends.
This delightful ballerina birthday party was submitted by Patricia of Sweet Par-t.
This party is pretty in pink and would have all little girls reaching for their tutus. I love the whimsical styling and the tutus are simply adorable.
Patricia said about the party planning: “This party celebrated Clara’s fourth birthday. Her mother asked me for a delicate, feminine and romantic decoration.
I decided upon white and pink color tones throughout the decoration, which I also incorporated this into the food”.
Ballerina Birthday Party Decoration
I absolutely love the backdrop to this party table. The combination of the plague, fabric and balloons work wonderfully. Together they make a striking backdrop.
The mixture of the beautiful pinks brings the complete feminine touch, but is wonderfully subtle.
Patricia said “We had this beautiful balloon panel and fabric, a mannequin wearing ballerina clothes and a pearl necklace. The tutu skirt for the table was hand made and we hung some tutus on the lateral tables as well.
The guests were invited to “fingerprint” and sign a ballerina picture for Clara so her party could be remembered”.
Ballerina Birthday Party Food
The dessert table for this ballerina birthday party is absolutely sensational. I adore the cake with the gorgeous ballerina perched on the front. She looks so delicate and petite.
The range of desserts are mouth watering and I love how they have been displayed on different fabrics with stunning white roses scattered in between.
Patricia said “All the food was based around the colours pink and white.
I started thinking about the sweets and decided upon the following. Cupcakes, candy apples, strawberry mousse, mini marshmallows, Brazilian “brigadeiros gourmet”, rice krispie squares dipped in chocolate, sixtlets and cake pops.
The cake flavor was apricot and douce de leche”.

It would definitely be hard to choose which dessert to consume wouldn’t it Amanda. The solution would be to eat one of them all….lol
