This delightful sweet shoppe party was submitted by Alex of Saffy & May.  This party would delight kids that love candy….which lets be honest…is 99% of them!

With the entire theme based around lollipops, how could any child resist!

The great thing about sweets are that they are bright and colourful, which is perfect for a happy, vibrant and exciting party theme.  I am thrilled to be able to share this delightful party with you today.

Sweet shoppe party

Alex said about the party planning: “My little one has a crazy sweet tooth and her brief for the party was “lots of lollies”.  So we decided on a sweet shop theme.  Lollypops being Safia’s favourite, I decided to have lollipop’s inspired sweets. Kylie from “Whisky Business – macarons made to order”, created the amazing lollipop macarons.  Also, Saym from “Velvetier” made the most gorgeous lollipop biscuits which I used as cupcake toppers”.

The party display is simply white with the pop of colour.  This provides maximum benefit to the main features which of course are those amazing lollipops!!

I love how these lollipops provide a burst of colour to the entire party spread.  The use of the lollipop cookies as cupcake toppers is so clever and makes a double treat!!  Would you be able to resist one?  I know that I would have a hard time and I’m sure they wouldn’t hang around on the table for long.

Is this a party theme that you think would grab the kids attention?  It may cause a bit of a sugar rush, but I think it would be worth it! It is certainly a party to delight the senses.  Thank you to Alex for sharing this awesome party with us!
