It’s not a stupid question Connie! Caster sugar is a specific type of sugar, not a brand name. I’m not sure what would be the equivalent though if you are unable to get it where you are.

I loved cooking with Mum, and Grandma- so many good memories! If you haven’t tried rhubarb or not sure you want to, you can always exchange for apples or other berries 🙂
