Absolutely you can Nina. I made these the day before the party and they were fine 🙂 A night in the fridge also helped them set better! We also had some left overs and they kept nicely in the fridge for a few days. But, I would make them the day before the party so they are nice and super fresh 🙂

It’s such an awesome theme isn’t it Tracy! Adding sharks to the theme is an awesome idea….but I do love everything under the sea related. There is so much variation you can do….there is always room for another under the sea party and then you can add these oyster cookies 🙂
