Healthy Chocolate Coconut Balls

  • 2 cups uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops Isagenix Isalean Dutch chocolate protein powder
  • ⅔ cup water
  • ⅔ cup coconut (shredded or desiccated)
  • Additional ½ cup coconut to coat
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except the ½ cup coconut)
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls using the palm of your hand
  3. Roll the balls into the ½ cup of coconut for the coconut covering
  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!!
