Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Mashed Bananas
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
  • ½ cup of Sultanas
  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (120g)
  • 1 Cup of Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
  2. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl
  3. Mix in eggs and water until a batter forms
  4. Scoop into a muffin tray and sprinkle with raw sugar
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
