I always use melted chocolate on the top of the marshmallows and then different decoration from there to make the pops look as you want them too. It can get a bit messy, but the more you make the easier it will become. 

One trick is to spoon the chocolate over the marshmallow rather than dip it in. Then gently tap the excess chocolate off before standing on a tray. You will want to add any extra decoration before the chocolate sets.]]></description>
