What could be more adorable than reminding your sweetheart exactally why you fell in love with them.
By spending a little time with your own thoughts, you can give some heartfelt Valentines presents, and provide a beautiful homemade Valentines day gift.
This gift will also give you the warm fuzzies as it will highlight all the wonderful things about your partner, and you will be capturing them all together in a gorgeous little jar. As far as Valentines presents go, this one is a real winner!
To make it even easier, Smart Party Planning has organised everything for you, with all the printable’s available at the end of the post.
All you need to do is purchase a small jar (the one I used cost $2 from Spotlight), then print and cut out the printable’s attached.
Punch a hold in the top of the gift tag and choose a ribbon to tie to your jar.
Write 10 things that you love about your partner; one on each piece of piece of paper/card and fold in half . Once completed, add them all to your jar.
There you have it. Your easy Valentines present but an incredibly thoughtful and meaningful one that your partner is going to absolutely love.

These party printable’s can be printed at home using a colour printer. It is recommended you use A4 cardstock.
When you print ensure your settings are set to print the file in “Actual Size”. Do not crop or reduce the size of the file.
