Marvelous Monday Link Party # 81

Marvelous Monday Linky Party

Welcome to Marvelous Monday!

First of all I would like to apologize for being absent this past week.  It was been an incredibly difficult week and as a result my blog was left to fend for itself.

Late on Monday night we suddenly lost our beautiful Buffy.  It was a complete shock to us, we didn’t even know she was sick, let alone coming to the end of her life.  As you can imagine the emotions of a 7 month pregnant lady are not great at the best of times, so add this into the mix and I was completely all over the place.

Buffy normally sits with me when I work, so this is the first time since Monday that I have attempted anything on the blog and…..she is absent.  I can’t even begin to tell you how strange that feels…and not in a good way!

So please bear with me, as I get back on track.  Remember to give your pets and extra big squeeze when you next see them!

    Hi Catherine,

I’m very sorry to hear about your lost, and the gap you must be feeling right now. I do understand what you mean about the emotions of a pregnant lady.

Thank you so much for hosting this link-up, despite your loss. Blessings to you and I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for your kind words Latisha. It does feel very strange not having her around the house, but we have beautiful memories to concentrate on.

Thanks for joining us at the party this week 🙂

Thanks Pili. Our pets make up part of the family, and they are like children, so it’s very hard when we loose them.

Yes, I am 7 1/2 months, but it feels like I am ready to pop already…lol. We do have a lot of exciting things to look forward to, so it is nice to have that to concentrate on. Thanks for your wishes 🙂

Thanks Jan. Our precious pets are really part of the family aren’t they, and it’s absolutely devastating when we loose them. I guess it just goes to show just how much love they give us when they are around 🙂

Sending you much love for your loss… pets definitely become part of the family and losing them is just as hard as losing another family member. Thinking of you all xo Thanks for the feature too… I hope you have a nice week… so something special for yourself!

Thanks Kirsten. I’m still not used to not having her around, the house feels quite empty without her. It’s amazing how much we miss our fur bundles 🙁
