I’m always on the lookout for new and healthy recipes. The tuna salad that I just ate was perfectly seasoned with pepper and lemon juice. Many years ago I wasn’t convinced into lemon and fish flavor. However, lately I’ve noticed that I prefer the tangy lemony fish rather that plain.
The healthy tuna salad is so easy to make and requires only couple ingredients that you probably already have in your house.
Fresh lemon, pepper, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and handful of lettuce leafs or spring mix. It is very simple and so good. It doesn’t require any special skills; only mixing some ingredients and lunch is served.
Recently, I’ve decided to eat less caloric dishes to lose weight and I had to move my imagination to make delicious new recipes. The food doesn’t have to be boring.
There are plenty healthy ingredients that we can use. I think that balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates are very important during diet.
