The healthy tuna salad is so easy to make and requires only couple ingredients that you probably already have in your house.

Fresh lemon, pepper, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and handful of lettuce leafs or spring mix. It is very simple and so good.  It doesn’t require any special skills; only mixing some ingredients and lunch is served.

Recently, I’ve decided to eat less caloric dishes to lose weight and I had to move my imagination to make delicious new recipes. The food doesn’t have to be boring.

There are plenty healthy ingredients that we can use. I think that balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates are very important during diet.

I eat tuna and chicken salad often. I put a dash of dry mustard in mine. It really enhances the flavor.

I love tuna salad on greens too! I haven’t added the lemon juice, that I will have to try 🙂 Also I have added in fresh celery (cut up in small pieces) or celery salt, and parsley flakes! I do enjoy having healthy meals! Thanks for sharing your recipe 🙂
