This cake does not contain any rising agent, hence it does not look like your normal conventional large fluffy cake.

But hey, the flavors are all still there, and you are not filling your body with any nasty sugars, fats or artificial substances, so we will go easy on the cake thickness!

I’m sure you are wondering what is in this banana cake to make it healthy?  It literally has only 6 ingredients. Bananas, almond milk, raisins, muesli, eggs and protein powder.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Healthy & Easy Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Scoops IsaLean Protein shake
  • 2-3 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 35OF or 180C.

2: Mash the bananas together in a bowl

3: Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix together until well combined.

4: Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes

This cake does not contain rising agent, so it will not look like your tall and fluffy 'conventional' cake when cooked. Don't worry about this, because the flavors are all still there!

    This recipe looks fantastic Catherine. I tried the healthy chocolate brownies which were amazing so I can’t wait to try this one!
