Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Healthy Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops Isagenix Isalean Dutch chocolate protein powder
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup coconut (shredded or desiccated)
  • Additional 1/2 cup coconut to coat

Instructions

1: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except the 1/2 cup coconut)

2: Roll the mixture into small balls using the palm of your hand

3: Roll the balls into the 1/2 cup of coconut for the coconut covering

4: Refrigerate and enjoy!!
