Chocolate Crackles – Copha Free!

A couple of days ago I posted about a selection of mouth watering healthy appetizers.Just what we needed after the Christmas and New Year indulgences!

So what do I have for you today???

Some incredibly unhealthy chocolate crackles! Well, we can’t be good all the time can we!  Besides, this is a fun treat that the kids will enjoy making just as much as they will enjoy eating.

Chocolate crackles copha freeLast year I posted a recipe for chocolate crackles, but the recipe today is slightly different….it is made with REAL chocolate and doesn’t include copha!

I personally find this recipe has a much more defined chocolate taste, and is somehow more indulgent. Not bad for a kids party food!!

I like to keep things simple and this recipe is no exception to the rule. Using a total of four ingredients, you can’t go too far wrong!

This is also an awesome recipe to make with the kids, so why not clean some kitchen space and whip up some delicious copha free chocolate crackles.

Are you ready for this delicious recipe?

Start by melting the chocolate, butter and golden syrup together.

Melting Chocolate

Keep on the heat until completely melted.

Melted Chocolate

Allow the chocolate to cool slightly, then pour over the cornflakes

Chocolate Crackles

Spoon the chocolate crackles into cupcake cases and allow to set, then all you need to do is enjoy!
