One of the great things about holding parties, is the food!
Step 7 of the party planning checklist helps you to determine what food is appropriate to serve at your party.
You can’t go too far wrong with chocolate treats, and chocolate brownies are always a crowd favourite.
Suitable as serving as a dinner party desert, but also as finger food.
Rather than serve as the normal ‘square’, why not jazz it up a bit and create some cute shapes, such as this star.
There are a lot of cookie cutter designs to choose from, and there are no rules that say that have to be used solely for cookies!
These stars dusted with icing sugar, fit in with the Christmas season, but you can choose a shape to fit any party theme.
Add a little garnish and your basic chocolate brownie will look professionally presented.
If you are worried about the wastage of using a cookie cutter, don’t be!
Why not gather the rest of the chocolate brownie and roll into brownie balls.
Dust with some icing sugar and hey presto – you have some awesome bite sized treats…..perfect for any party table.
What do you think, do you like the idea of having creative shapes, or does the bite sized balls take your fancy?
Whatever your preference, chocolate brownies wont last long on your party table!!
Experiment with different designs and have fun.
