During my 14 days of Valentines feature I made my first ever cupcake in a jar. I had seen this around Pinterest a lot and loved the idea of it.
After making it, I have to say that I love the idea even more because it looked amazing and for some reason tasted better than just eating a cupcake!!
Since then, I have had the privileged of getting to know Samantha from Practically Perfect Portions. Her passion is making these cute cupcakes for every occasion you can think of.
We all need people like Samantha who can provide us inspiration, and if we are lucky enough to live close enough to Canberra Australia…to have them made for us!!
Today we are featuring Samantha’s gorgeous baby shower cupcakes, and yes you guessed it, they are a cupcake in a jar! When planning your party food ideas, the cupcake in a jar is going to be a crowd favourite.
At any party, the cake is always a centrepiece of the party table, but cupcakes are now becoming increasingly popular with replacing the traditional cake. When you see these cute baby shower cupcakes, it is easy to see why.
You have the choice to either eat them at the party, or due to being in a jar, they could easily be given to each of the guests as a party favour.
All you would need to do is place a party printable on the top of the jar and they instantly make an amazing gift.
Do you think these cute cupcakes would make a great addition to a baby shower table?
