One of the things that I absolutely love about our Marvelous Monday link party are all the creative posts that are shared. So I thought it was really about time that I start sharing them more! As it’s winter here in Oz right now, I’m often diving for the comfort food. It therefore seemed appropriate to share some of the delicious easy muffin recipes that have grabbed my attention.
Recipes over at Simply Suzanne’s At Home are always mouth watering. These Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins are no exception. Not only does the lemon muffin sound incredibly mourish, but I really love the streusel topping that Suzanne has placed on top. YUM!!!
Now whilst they were not technically in the link party, I wanted to share my White Choc Chip Banana Muffin Recipe with you because….well, they are delicious that’s why! Banana and chocolate is a classic combination, so turn it into a muffin and …. yummo!!
Just to show I am not playing favorites, here is another version of the classic Banana Choc Chip Muffins but this time by Bindy Bee.
Whilst we are on the subject of chocolate, I simply couldn’t look past this Double Chocolate Muffin Recipe by Upstate Ramblings. I mean really….what more could you want in a chocolate muffin? Rich, creamy and definitely chocolaty…this has to be a muffin winner recipe.
Prefer more chooclate chip in your muffin? Not a problem. These Dark Chocolate Cherry Muffins by Flavors by Four might take your fancy. Chocolate and cherry’s together are always a bit indulgent, so it’s time to take that indulgence into the muffins.
Another awesome flavor combination is apple and Nutella so i simply drooled when I saw these Apple Nutella Swirl Muffins by Doing Splendind. I mean these are really muffins that you want to sink your teeth into!
For a more fruity flavor, I love these Blackberry Muffins by Home Made Interest.
These Blueberry Banana Mini Muffins are from our contributor Kirsten who blogs at Treat Yourself Sweeter. They are prefect little additions to a kids lunch box, don’t you think?
These Crispy Coconut Orange Marmalade Muffins by So Much To Make just look like they are oozing with juicy goodness. The coconut and orange combination sounds amazing.
For something a little bit different, how about these Banana Bread Muffins by Raia’s Recipes. Made with honey rather than sugar, they are the perfect “go to sweet” that are still delish.
I love banana muffins and I love carrot cake, so these Banana Bread Carrot Muffins by Yesterfood caught my eye. They are a flavor combination that I hadn’t tried before, but I think it could easily become a favorite.
For a delicious yet healthy muffin, why not try these Flaxeed Carrot Apple Muffins by Pancake Warriors. Being super healthy means they get double ticks!!
Last up for the week, I thought I would share our Delicious Date Muffins.
